Ethiopians residing abroad said they would exert maximum efforts to develop the country's economy through promoting the good images of Ethiopia during the Ethiopian Millennium celebration.

are looking forward to the Ethiopian Millennium celebration enthusiastically.
The Ethiopians are also desirous to contribute to sustainable economic growth
the country is registering now.
Elias said he has been writing articles on good images of Ethiopia on more than 32 newspapers and magazines in Finland.
Mesfin Gidey, who is editor of Amharic service at a Television Station in Israel, also said there are about 105,000 Ethiopian Jews in Israel, adding, most of them have plan to join the Millennium celebration.
The Ethiopian Jews are also willing to establish a charity organization with a view to supporting needy compatriots in Ethiopia, he said.
Mesfin also recalled that the Ethiopian Jews had provided financial assistance to defend the sovereignty of Ethiopia during the invasion of Eritrea.
The Millennium celebration is a good opportunity to promote the good images of the country, he said.
He called on all Ethiopians to work tandem with a view to bringing about tangible results in their respective fields.
