Addis Ababa, March 23, 2008 (ENA) - A center meant to equip Ethiopians traveling to the Middle Eastern countries for work with the necessary preparations is to be shortly launched here.
Speaking at a relevant discussion forum organized here in Addis, Ethiopian Private Employment Agency Manager, Gebremedhin Abreha said every Ethiopian planning to travel abroad for work should be aware of and abide by the rules and regulations of the destination country.
Equipping individuals traveling abroad for work with the necessary awareness on the cultural values of the country they intend to go would help to build healthy working atmosphere.
The center is meant to serve the above mentioned goal by offering short term trainings particularly for those flying to Arab countries.
The training is believed to enable trainees to have a smooth relation ship with their employers and create a good working atmosphere.
The training is vital in supporting Ethiopian working force traveling to such countries to be competent and thereby winning better payment.
